We offer teaching private lessons or small groups to ensure all our students get the individualized attention they need to master the course curriculum. We aim to equip our clients with the tools and resources they need to excel in any shooting discipline: for recreation, for competition and for personal protection.

Defensive Firearms Training, LLC Instructors
Professional firearms instructors with over 25 years of combined experience in military and law enforcement.Our team at Defensive Firearms Training, LLC has over 25 years of combined experience in military and law enforcement. Additionally, DFT instructors have completed and received instructor certifications from the Los Angeles Sheriff Department, FBI, NRA, and Sig Sauer Academy. DFT believes that shooting and defensive tactics are dynamic and constantly evolving. To ensure that we provide the best training possible, every DFT instructor completes at least one instructor course a year.
At DFT we believe that shooting competitions are a great opportunity to test your shooting ability and defensive skills. DFT instructors compete nationally and internationally in a variety of matches.
DFT strives to teach students not only how to shoot, but also the laws as they relate to firearms and self-defense. DFT instructors are licensed California attorneys who have worked in the criminal law field for over 10 years.
