Defensive Firearms Training, LLC (“DFT”) and its affiliates, instructors, members, and/or managers do NOT provide legal advice.
By participating and undertaking in any course of instruction offered by DFT each student explicitly understands:
1) They are NOT receiving ANY LEGAL ADVICE by participating and undertaking any course of instruction; 2) Participation any course DOES NOT create any ATTORNEY CLIENT RELATIONSHIP between the student, DFT, and any of its instructors. Furthermore, to the extent any ATTORNEY CLIENT RELATIONSHIP is inferred by operation of the law or any other circumstance, the student waives any finding of the creation of an ATTORNEY CLIENT RELATIONSHIP; 3) Any reference to California and/or Federal law is simply being provided to the student as a brief synopsis of law relevant to the subject matter of the course and is NOT a complete and through briefing of the law; 4) Students should always consult and retain a licensed attorney for legal advice and/or representation as it relates to any topics and matters presented in any course offered by DFT.
